𝑰𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒌𝒔.😢 Trying every treatment, only to hear the words: ‘The bacteria is resistant.’ This is the reality of antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and it could happen to anyone. Antibiotics have saved millions of lives, but misuse and overuse are making them less effective. Did you know that: • By 2050, AMR could cause 10 million deaths annually? • Even simple surgeries could become life-threatening due to resistance. Hmmmmmm!! But this can be prevented if we all swing into action to correct our mindsets towards antibiotics and medications in general. This week, join me (wellness warriors) as I demystify AMR and share practical tips to fight it. Let’s protect the power of antibiotics together! ………………………………………………….. Coming across my post for the first time I am Paschaleen Nwachukwu #themedicalstoryteller I share insightful health tips via writing to help you make better and well informed health decisions. Prevention is better than cure! A blood test, or CBC, is a test to count and measure blood cells, including red blood cells or white blood cells, and to measure them relative to each other. Assessing these characteristics helps your doctor diagnose a variety of diseases, anemias, blood clots, infections, inflammations, and cancers. These cells are produced in the bone marrow, and their amount and number vary according to the age group of the experimenter. Even smoking varies in assessing blood characteristics from other people. This test is routinely requested when you see a doctor to check your physical condition. In addition to the doctor, you can also do these tests yourself periodically and at regular intervals in the form of a check-up test. One of the most important benefits of having a blood test is that if you have a problem, it will be identified early and at the very beginning, and you can start the treatment faster and easier to solve this problem faster and easier. And in general, it has economic and health benefits for everyone in society. #Bloodtest #POCT #Healthcare #Innovation #MedicalAdvances #RapidDiagnosis #ClinicalDecisions #EfficientTesting #PointOfCareTesting
