And, as far as we are concerned, 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 requires 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺. ✅ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀? The secret to true scalability lies in the consistent environment our bioreactor design provides, regardless of vessel size. With our innovative Membrane Stirrer, we've eliminated the need for external (bubble) aeration, ensuring uniform gas transfer conditions throughout. Plus, the symmetrical design maintains predictable mixing patterns as you scale up. Unfortunately, designing such a bioreactor requires quite a lot of CFD simulation and measurement, keeping our engineers Moritz, Florian and Lukas busy 👨🔬. But at least we also get some nice pictures out of it! 📸 Important: The shear rates below were calculated at very high RPMs, optimized for microbiological processes, and are therefore quite high. I've made simulation of mass transfer via semipermeable membrane container of pharma, like blisters, alustrip, etc. This simulation is useful to predict the stability study result before running the study, Using MVTR value of certain semipermeable membrane/foil only is not enough as MVTR data only mentions the MVTR value based on contiunuosly same pressure gradient, but when it is implemented to closed containers, need to make simulations, when the mass transfer reach steady state. I am using spreadsheet to do this, but I need math formula, maybe using Calculus, so I can get one formula to describe this behaviour/mass transfer mechanism.
