While Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 team have almost 60 % of the 2020 partners on board also 2024 Aston Martin have 11 %. Mercedes have one of the most stable, small changes from year-to-year, partnership network in Formula 1. It is perhaps unfair to compare the Mercedes-AMG Petronas network with Aston Martin, simply because Aston Martin was Racing Point in 2020. But on the other hand it is interesting to know how much a partnership network changes when a privateer team becomes a works team. Sauber will probably face the same massive changes in the partnership network when Audi takes over. In the picture we see the Racing Point partnership network 2020 compared with the network 2024. Left from 2020 are: 👉 Pirelli is as a F1 tire supplier still with Aston Martin 👉 Canadian Bombardier has been with fellow Canadian since Stroll invested in Formula 1 👉 JCB, the UK manufacturer of construction equipment, is also still with Aston Martin. American Movil, Telcel, Claro and Infinitum, the Slim family companies, followed to Sergio Perez to RedBull Racing in 2021. BWT is with Alpine F1 and Ravenol with VISA CashApp RB F1 team.

A New Chapter for Lewis Hamilton: From Mercedes to Ferrari! As Formula 1 fans, we often find ourselves divided between those who support the team and those who stand by the driver no matter where they race. I’ve always been part of the latter group—team loyalty is one thing, but following the journey of a driver like Lewis Hamilton is something special. With only 6 races left in his time with Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS, we’re witnessing the end of an incredible era. Hamilton has given us so much at Mercedes, but now, the exciting prospect of him joining Scuderia Ferrari next season is something I’m looking forward to! My shirt today symbolizes this transition—on one side, Ferrari’s prancing horse, and on the other, Mercedes’ iconic PETRONAS logo. It's not about switching loyalties; it’s about following one of the greatest drivers as he continues his journey in the sport. Hamilton’s move to Ferrari isn’t just about changing teams—it's about continuing to break barriers, making history, and showing that passion and talent can transcend team boundaries. For me, it’s always been about supporting the driver, and I’m ready to see Hamilton soar with Ferrari. Here’s to the last few races with Mercedes and the bright future ahead in Ferrari red! 🏁 #LewisHamilton #Formula1 #Ferrari #Mercedes #TeamLH #NewEra #F1 #DriverFirst #F1Fans #HamiltonToFerrari #F1HistoryInTheMaking Mission 44 Sir Lewis Hamilton Scuderia Ferrari Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team Motorsport Federation of Ghana FIA – Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile Formula 1

Another great F1 race, and another demonstration of how leadership from the top, with a clear understanding of how to deliver on your goals, makes all the difference!! In Mercedes case, they've tripped up again! Last week, the talk was all about how McLaren enforced team orders to favour the driver in front. Mercedes took a different route, and allowed their drivers to race. Thanks to Russell's strategy enabling him to move from 5th to 1st through the pit stops, Hamilton was left gob smacked that as the lead driver (in the race) he'd been out 'strategied' by his own team! In terms of performance progress, Mercedes have show great form, in terms of in race strategy and delivery, their 'non action' was more costly in the end that McLaren Racings action in the previous week! Did Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team get it right? StrategyFred - Grow, Scale & Deliver in Business #f1 #strategy #goals Andrea
What a race, the drama firmly shifted from McLaren Racing to Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team this weekend! Mercedes, who looked to have taken the whole paddock by surprise with an unlikely 1-2 win, found themselves in disarray when they'd not taken care of the technical stuff on race day, leading to Russell being disqualified. Here's what they got wrong: Russell, in the last few laps, opted to battle with Hamilton for the win, with Russell being on very worn tyres (and it seems not enough weight in them). The extra fuel used in this late battle could have made all the difference! Unlike most tracks, there is no 'in-lap' at Spa, you finish and drive straight into the pits. Normally, F1 drivers have a whole lap to drive over all the dirty rubber fragments around the track, adding weight back into their tyres, to maximise the weight of the car, this wasn't available at Spa. So ultimately, Russell did pull an absolute blinder, but the team didn't look after him. Hamilton, who had fought and led the race until his 2nd pit stop cut a dejected character to finish 2nd behind his team mate Russell at the end of the race. Russell, who was running in 5th, opted to skip his second pit stop and run to the end on old tyres. Hamilton caught Russell again on fresher tyres, but Russell managed to keep him at bay. Now for the summer break, and 'silly season', where we figure out who is driving where next year! #f1 #spa #grandprix #hamilton #russell

I watched the Singapore FI race last night where Lando Norris secured victory at the 2024 Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix! Starting from pole position, the 24-year-old driver dominated the race, outpacing Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton. McLaren made 2 podium finishes with Oscar Piastri coming in 3rd. This marks a remarkable turnaround for one of the most successful F1 racing teams. I recall the struggles McLaren faced in the 2015 F1 season, where they were barely scoring points. F1 Racing teams, like any other company, operate with specific KPI's focused on one goal: TO WIN. These KPI's are intricately structured to ensure success, enabling the team to thrive. The execution involves a meticulous review of data through the PDCA process, swiftly identifying and resolving issues before the next race. 🏁🥇🏎️

As the 2024 Formula 1 season comes to an end with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, it’s hard to deny that it’s been a season filled with highs, challenges, and the unmistakable buzz that only F1 delivers. Max Verstappen though continued his run securing his fourth consecutive World Championship, we did see how 7 different drivers winning races breaking the domination of Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology. McLaren Racing and Scuderia Ferrari ‘s consistent fight kept the season unpredictable till the last race while Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team faced had many challenges in figuring the cars out and bringing back to winning form. 🚩The post-season testing in Abu Dhabi offered teams a crucial opportunity to lay groundwork for 2025. Notably, young drivers like Oliver Bearman and Jack Doohan showcased their potential, while teams like Ferrari tested new components in preparation for next season. Aston Martin seemed poised to challenge the front-runners, a promising sight after their early-season slump. However, the show stopper was Sainz in a Williams Racing car as he was faster than the rest of the drivers including Tsunoda in a Red Bull. 🙅♀️The FIA’s handling of driver communication stirred considerable debate this year. The decision to clamp down on the use of profanity over team radios after incidents with Yuki Tsunoda and others was met with mixed reactions. For many, it felt like an unnecessary restriction on the raw, emotional nature of the sport . The FIA’s consistency and transparency in enforcement were questioned throughout the season, sparking calls for clearer governance heading into 2025. 🏎️With rule changes and evolving car concepts, 2025 promises a tighter midfield battle and possibly a new challenger for Red Bull’s dominance. McLaren and Ferrari appear poised to challenge, and eyes are on Mercedes to see if they can reclaim their form. Additionally, the rise of young talent signals an exciting shift in the grid’s dynamics. 🎄In this ever-evolving motorsport, the passion remains constant. The controversies, the innovations, and the grit of these teams remind us why we love F1. All in all it has been a remarkable season for many if not all in the industry. So here’s to celebrating everyone around the globe and wishing you all a very merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. #f1 #racing #motorsport #fia

Four teams. Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology McLaren Racing Scuderia Ferrari Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team We have four teams consistently in contention for race wins, podiums, and therefore the Constructors' Championship. I sincerely cannot remember a season in recent history that gave us this many options! After Sunday's #BelgianGP it is starting to seem to me like anything is possible. Or well, ALMOST everything. The tyres were about 1,5 kg away from making a one-stopper possible 😅 So what will be the deciding factor in who snatches the title? For the constructors, it will be all about maintaining the ultimate high performance environment: 🧠 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Is it clear to everyone what is expected of them? Does each person on the team know exactly what success looks like in their respective roles? Does everyone understand how and why decisions are made? Our brains crave predictability. In a sport that is inherently unpredictable, clarity in communication sets the team up for success by pushing the brain towards a challenge-interpretation of stressful situations, as opposed to a threat-interpretation. 🧠 𝗡𝗼 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 Mistakes will happen. Red Bull Racing had a (rare) 6-second pit stop in Austria. McLaren shot themselves in the foot by not double-stacking their drivers in Silverstone. Ferrari failed to get their drivers into Q3 and scored zero points in Canada because of engine issues. Mercedes lost out on their first 1-2 in years because their car was underweight. It's not about preventing mistakes. It's about learning from them, and making sure they don't happen again. The only way to do that, is by creating an environment in which people don't have to fear failure. A no blame environment allows the feedback areas of the brain to activate, making us much better able to process (and therefore learn from) our mistakes. 🧠 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 I might sound like a broken record, but I will die on this hill: you cannot have high performance without inclusion. People need to feel free to voice their opinions, share their ideas, and question big decisions. If they don't feel heard, seen, and respected for their contributions, their prefrontal cortex will be much less effective. You cannot have problem solving, creativity or innovation without your prefrontal cortex. And without problem solving, creativity and innovation in a constantly changing environment like F1, you'll end up going backwards. This battle will be fought as much at the factory as it will at the track. Who brings the most effective upgrades? Who is most successful at pushing the limits, and rallying the team behind that shared goal of ultimate success: a World Championship? I know we're headed into the summer break, but man am I looking forward to the cars being back on track at Zandvoort in August. 2024 is banging! #HighPerformance #F1 #Culture

Only three (3) Racing Point Formula 1 partners, 2020, are left in the Aston Martin Formula 1 partnership network 2024. What happens in the partnership network of a Formula 1 team when a works/manufacturer team takes over? The Racing Point F1 team became Aston Martin in 2021, after Lawrence Stroll agreed a £182 million deal to buy into Aston Martin. In the picture we see the Racing Point partnership network 2020 and the three partners left on the Aston Martin 2024 partnership network. Left are: 👉 Pirelli is as a F1 tire supplier still with Aston Martin 👉 Canadian Bombardier has been with fellow Canadian since Stroll invested in Formula 1 👉 JCB, the UK manufacturer of construction equipment, is also still with Aston Martin. Sergio Perez moved to Red Bull and American Movil, Telcel, Claro and Infinitum, the Slim family companies, followed to RedBull Racing 2021. If we look at the Racing Point network 2020 we find companies still in Formula 1, but not with Aston Martin. #astonmartin hashtag #formula1

It’s the end of an era for both Mercedes (@mercedesamgf1) and Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton (@lewishamilton) as one of the most iconic partnerships in racing reaches the finish line. Ahead of Hamilton’s final race for Mercedes in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Sunday (Dec. 8), the auto brand is sending him off with a heartfelt global campaign that also sets the stage for the next generation of racers. “Every Dream Needs a Team,” from the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team, marks a significant moment in F1’s history as Hamilton, who will join Ferrari in 2025, concludes a 12-year partnership with Mercedes. During that time, the seven-time world champion put Mercedes on the map in racing while increasing diversity and inclusion within the sport. London agency AMV BBDO developed the campaign after becoming Mercedes F1’s first creative agency following a six-way pitch for the account in September.
