What’s best to wrap this year with my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor - and suddenly I realized something ✨ One stone, countless bridges built. My journey from helping mentees understanding their potential to co-presenting at Deutsche Bahn's Global TA Conference showed me how small actions create lasting impact. ⛳️ 2024 taught me that authentic connections are about building bridges that transform lives. From navigating career changes in 2022 and 2023 and personal challenges to expanding our talent sourcing impact at Deutsche Bahn, every step forward created ripples of possibility. ✨ As I reflect on LinkedIn Rewind highlighting one of my strengths ‘connecting people’, I’m struck by the potential of AI to identify and amplify individual talents. A memorable example of this emerged during my psychology studies at Humboldt University. My peers conducted a sociogram analysis to measure the interconnectedness within our group, identifying key connectors. I stood out as the primary link between others. A role that underscored my natural ability to build bridges within networks.🤝 This experience has shaped my perspective on the evolving job market. I’m excited about how AI and advanced tools can harness potential and skills to address critical organizational needs, matching people to roles where they can thrive and make the greatest impact. 🎱 ✨ I’m looking ahead to 2025: We're scaling our engineering talent acquisition impact at Deutsche Bahn while building stronger bridges through cross-collaborations.
