Finishing up my first week at WeTravel! ✈ 🌎 First, it feels SO GOOD to be working again! As much as I loved my free time, I truly missed the feeling of contributing to a purpose and feeling productive. I’d like to share some highlights from my first week: 📖 Exceptional Onboarding: It’s so refreshing to have a well laid-out, organized, and comprehensive onboarding process. The amount of transparency and clarity was inspiring and reassuring. I got to witness firsthand how WeTravel lives by its values. 🌏 Global Connection: I’ve had the amazing opportunity to connect with our global team during onboarding. It’s fascinating to learn and share experiences with colleagues across four different continents - truly a testament to WeTravel's diverse and inclusive culture. 🚀 Learning & Growth: I’ve spent this week diving head-first into our product and services, which has been incredibly rewarding. It's clear why WeTravel enjoys a stellar reputation, with a 4.8-star rating on Capterra, 4.8 stars on Trustpilot, and a 4.8-star review on Glassdoor. 🎉 Celebrating Adam's Luggiversary 🎉 Today, we're taking a moment to shine the spotlight on Adam, a valued member of our Lugg family, as we celebrate his work anniversary. Adam's journey with Lugg is a testament to personal and professional growth, leveraging his skills to make a significant impact. Reflecting on his time here, Adam shares, "It's given me a platform to practice and expand my own knowledge of SQL, which in turn allowed me to enhance our reporting and helps us to make informed decisions to ensure the best outcome and quality." What Adam loves most about working at Lugg was "The culture. Everyone's always been very friendly and empathetic." It's this supportive environment that fosters growth and collaboration among our team members. On a day-to-day basis, Adam is immersed in "Responding to chats and emails, dispatching orders to crews, ensuring we have enough supply to fulfill orders in a timely manner, and running reports to help ensure our team has the information that we need to make data-driven informed decisions." His hard work ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Reflecting on remote work, Adam values "Not having to compromise my work/life balance, and being able to watch my stepson grow up." This work-life balance is something we strive to maintain for all our team members. A standout achievement for Adam was "I created a Google Site for our Support Team to function as an internal Wiki that serves as a resource hub, and implemented new and upgraded reports that give our team more insights to help identify and resolve issues." This initiative has been invaluable in enhancing our support team's effectiveness and efficiency. Adam's journey with Lugg is a shining example of how dedication, skill, and a supportive environment can lead to meaningful growth and impact. Here's to many more years of success and innovation with Lugg, Adam! 🚚 #Lugg #WorkAnniversary #TeamSuccess #Leadership

Just a few days ago, Stefan Meertens joined us as the 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀. So, who is he, and what drives him? Here are 4 questions to help you get to know Stefan! 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗵𝘂𝗻𝘁? 🥇 The goals Packhunt aims to achieve will have a significant impact on the world of construction, benefiting everyone. I’ve always looked for ways to work smarter, and I believe Packhunt is creating the tools to make that happen. 🥈 The people. During my interview process, I met so many team members whose energy and excitement about Packhunt were contagious. I immediately saw an opportunity to support these people with my skills and Customer Success expertise. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆? Customer Success is a cornerstone of business. When companies achieve results and reach new milestones with a product, it builds a partnership that fuels mutual growth. As we look at digitizing the building and design industry, it’s essential to define success parameters with our customers and create tools that help achieve these goals. This approach makes Packhunt a trusted partner, supporting our clients in becoming faster, more effective, and better at what they do. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂? I love competing with myself. I always push to be the best I can, and it’s led me to some interesting places—both professionally and personally. A few examples: In two weeks, I’ll represent the 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 in the World Championships of #Warhammer, a tactical tabletop game. 👀👀👀 I’ve also represented the 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 in American Football across Europe and participated in the Tall Ships Races, sailing from Bermuda to Charleston, USA. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗦 𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲? "Customer Success is the most honest way of doing business." When we put customer success first, we ensure our tools and products have a measurable impact on our users’ day-to-day operations. Our customers benefit from a clear return on investment, and we continue to develop tools that meet their evolving needs, creating sustained growth for both sides. Stefan, welcome to the team! Don't hesitate to say hello to our new joiner! #jointhepack #buildingindustryinnovation

In my life and in my career I have been blessed with amazing family, friends, mentors, colleagues and partners. I have always believed if you work hard, be a good person and try to help others succeed in life the world will take care of you. This week has really cemented this belief with me, I have had the pleasure to travel to Toronto to meet with a vendor who wants to partner with us at 101 Doors and Windows going forward. One of the great thing about this partnership is it feels like they want our success more than their own!! We were treated like family this week, you would have thought we have been a top vendor of theirs for years. Not to mention their core values read like this; CORE VALUES 1)Show Integrity- We consistently live our values and stand up for what's right. 2)We are honest- We communicate openly, and we do what we say we are going to do. 3)Be Positive- Our attitudes are contagious! We lift each other up with positivity, and our winning spirits inspire us to overcome obstacles. 4)Have Grit- We are people who get things done. Our passion, perseverance, and stamina make us respected, dependable, and promotable. 5)Deliver Service- Service is our promise and at the core of everything we do. Exceptional service to our customers and colleagues is what sets R-W apart. 6)Work as a Team- Our success or failure is not individual, it is interdependent. We work together to achieve better outcomes, build camaraderie, and have some fun along the way. 7)Embrace Family- The R-W family extends to our team, customers, suppliers, and communities. We hold each other accountable and care for each other as family ——————————————————————— With Core values like this, industry leading technology/products, 10/10 customer service and a want to be our partners, what more can we say but “Yes” we can’t wait to be your partner and Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with Richards Wilcox, we are thrilled beyond belief to have your product line associated with 101 Doors and Windows. #Rolltite #Northlandgaragedoors #Canadianmade https://lnkd.in/g_qP3eMP

How it started vs. how it's going: meet Mark, our longest-serving team member 👏 In 16 years (and 8 months, to be exact) Mark has seen a lot of change at TAG—including being around long before we even *were* 'TAG'. He used his skills in many areas of the business before eventually landing in the Office of the CTO: "I was never interested in moving into management, so my progression has been through all different areas of the company instead. When I started, we were so small that everyone mucked in on whatever needed doing—I've worked on all kinds of things that were once out of my comfort zone. Consultancy, sales, marketing, documentation, preparing RFPs, system admin, everything! In my time at TAG, I've not only developed in my career, but also raised two kids, and I can confidently say that working here offers freedom and flexibility that is second to none." Cheers to 16 years (and we hope many more), Mark! 🎉 #TheAdaptavistGroup #HowItStarted #HowItsGoing

Dive in below to learn more about our amazing team as we kick off our #LifeAtGrabyo series! 🤔 A bit about yourself: I'm Adam Amini, Grabyo's HR Manager! Originally from Hull, East Yorkshire, I moved to London nearly 13 years ago for university and decided to stay (though I still visit up north regularly). 💼 Role: HR Manager 🌟 Career Highlight: Starting at Grabyo was a career highlight. Grabyo offered me the freedom to innovate and shape our People strategy. This experience has boosted my innovation, confidence, and skills, hopefully making a positive impact on Grabyo. Additionally, I'm involved in cultural work, social events, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), which are particularly close to my heart. 💻 Favourite Grabyo Feature: My favourite aspect of Grabyo's product is its cloud-based nature, facilitating seamless collaboration from anywhere. This aligns with my passion for efficient collaboration and sustainability, given the environmental benefits of cloud production. 🎨 Hobbies: Outside of work, I enjoy visiting galleries, reading (Stephen King & Jeff VanderMeer are my current favs), going to gigs (metal, gothic metal - yes there’s a difference! - and a tonne of pop). 🕵️ Interesting Fact: A fact a lot of people might not know about me is that I play the piano! I used to do lessons when I was younger and while they weren’t for me, I carried on learning songs I love (read: mostly Evanescence). #lifeatgrabyo #Grabyo #cloudproduction #mediatechnology #liveproduction
