Every day you're trying to: - Find new clients - Book more calls - Write better pitches - Close bigger deals It's exhausting. It's overwhelming. And sometimes it feels like you're just showing your whole...self to the world. That's why I wrote Pitch Slap. Because getting clients on LinkedIn shouldn't be a knock-out fight. It shouldn't leave you bruised and beaten. It shouldn't make you feel exposed. It should be effortless. Natural. Maybe even fun. You want to start a business? Do this 👇🏻 Change the way you pitch your offer. 99% of the biz owners: – Just talk about what they do – Keep pitching without a direction – Constantly try to convince people Here’s what you should be doing instead: 1. Start by understanding their problems – What keeps them up at night? – What’s their burning problem? – What are the triggers? 2. Sell your offer with a story – Write down your story – Pick out your “WHY” – Add it to your offer Ex: I quit my 9-5 as a burntout mum to spend time with my daughter. Now I help other mums do the same ❤ 3. Practice before you pitch – Read your pitch aloud – Record yourself & analyse – Put yourself at the receiving end Be the 1 person who cares. Not 1 in 100 who sends sales pitches. Now get back to work my boss ladies 🫶🏻 P.S. Which of the above (1-3) are you already doing?

Other than “Work hard and grind” (which are obvious actions) and other cliche phrases, what specifically did you do to earn your first paid clients as a Small Business Owner? Be specific: - Did you meet them at your local chamber? - Did you call them relentlessly everyday for 3 months? - Did you send a carrier pigeon to do your bidding? - Did you post 10 times a day on Social Media platforms? - If you built relationships, what specifically did you do to build those relationships? I genuinely want to know. All we hear are businesses describing what they felt “I worked hard”, “I exhausted myself”, “I did whatever it took” those do not help others struggling to figure out the HOW. They have a product/service they believe in and people who find it interesting, but they can’t get meetings to save their life. So, calling all #smallBusinessOwners, what did you do specifically to get your 1st ten deals? Family doesn’t count. Ready? GO… #Entreprenuership #Sales #BusinessDevelopment

If your running an agency, coaching, or consulting business, and your closing rate is dogshit, read this... This works for both outbound and inbound, but mainly this is for appointments you book through outbound prospecting When you book a call, whether that be through cold calling, dm's, emails, whatever, people aren't going to know enough about you so that on the first call, they become a client. I don't want to make this post long so i'm gonna cut to the point When you book appointments through outbound, make sure you send them content assets for them to watch before the call That way, when they join, they're going to know exactly who you are, exactly what processes you use, your offer, and the type of results they can expect Simple but effective way to not only increase show up rate, but also make it so much easier to close deals.
