I love this comical display of similar solutions solving different problems. The first consumer needs the solution to be lightweight and non-stick, while the second consumer needs it to be heavyweight, and probably couldn't care less if it's nonstick. It is crucial to go through the added discovery of determining the problem that your prospects/clients need to solve, tailoring the solution to solve it, and refraining from wasting their time with features/functionalities they have absolutely no use for.
