I have changed my mind on a lot of things as of today: - You should make million dollar decisions based on attribution; it's absolutely robust enough to do this. Do NOT listen to the math experts or data scientists who tell you otherwise. - At the end of the day, brand doesn't matter. What even is it? Come on. Nonsense. - Customer research is a complete waste of your time. - You should force people to buy how YOU want them to. You're a business after all! - "Positioning" is a word made up by consultants to make more money. You don't need it! - Marketing strategy is outdated. Why do you think ad tech is so successful? Come on, spend more and get more conversions to win! - You control most of the things that impact marketing's performance, so if you're not seeing success it's 100% because the marketing team is totally incapable. These are just a few, but the list goes on. #marketing #aprilfools #b2b #b2bmarketing
