In the latest episode of The Hero Show, Jasmine Jonte shared a fascinating insight that feels counterintuitive yet profoundly true: embracing patience can actually speed up success. It's a concept that might seem odd at first, but it's something many entrepreneurs, including myself, can relate to. When starting on this journey, there's often a burning desire to achieve everything at once, to hit that million-dollar mark within the first year. However, reality quickly sets in, and it's not uncommon to feel like a failure when those ambitious goals aren't met. But here's the thing, it's not about lacking ability; it's about learning through the process. Jasmine beautifully articulated the necessity of doing the "wrong" things as stepping stones to discovering the right path. This discussion sheds light on the entrepreneurial rite of passage that involves recalibrating our understanding of success and the timeline to achieve it. The conversation was a reminder that sometimes, slowing down and being patient can paradoxically lead to faster growth and success. It's about the journey, the lessons learned, and the resilience built along the way. For anyone feeling stuck or impatient on their entrepreneurial path, this episode offers a fresh perspective and much-needed encouragement. Dive into the full conversation to explore how embracing patience might just be the key to unlocking faster progress. You know it’s a great partnership when you spend your Friday creating content and laughing your butt off with two entrepreneurs who totally get the ride - the highs and lows of being an entrepenreur and all that it includes. Very excited to announce that Oh Hello is spnsoring a new podcast as a larger partnership with team Perch Merch out of Lincoln. The podcast is called “The Unscripted Climb” and it’s about showcasing real entrepreneurs who’ve done the dang thing who want to come on the podcast and be unfiltered about what it took to build their business. In a world where everyone is an “entrepreneur” this show is about really putting the light on the people who’ve actually done it well (and had a ton of bumps along the way) because isn’t that who we want to learn from? Our agency Oh Hello will be the podcast sponsor working with hosts Michele Mower and Chris Beecham to share these stories. Launch date coming soon! Also want to point out: the best thing you can do as an entrepreneur is find other businesses to partner with who have a similar target audience as you and want to grow. Team up to create content that’s valuable to the market, refer each other business and you’re basically creating a second sales team for yourself. That’s what you do to grow and scale and I’m lucky enough to be working with Alexandra Senter who came up with this concept. More on that soon.;) We’re committed to telling great stories gang. If you’re an entrepreneur whose built a successful business and had to go through hell and back to get there? We want to talk to you. Our website will be up soon! #contentsquadunite #letsgo #brandpartnerships #entrepreneurship

True story from an actual conversation this week. They reached out for my opinion, and it probably wasn't the feedback they wanted to hear. To clarify, they are in uncharted territory, and I could absolutely be wrong. But after discussing the data and the external factors affecting their brand, it leaves them with two choices as founders: 1. Stick to the course and figure out how to overcome these roadblocks before they hit them. 2. Pivot now and reassess the market fit for their product. What do you think? #businesspodcast #entrepreneur #smallbusiness #growthhacking
