I can't emphasize enough the learning we gain from every interaction and information exchange when working with teams. Participating in the AI Hackathon Environmental at academyEX last year and mentoring at Startup Weekend Auckland a few weeks ago have allowed me to step back and view these events from a different perspective. Two perspectives, different experiences, but still one person! It's hard to admit we can't do everything by ourselves, and for some of us, it's even harder to admit that we are not the smartest people in the room.
