Great founders don’t: - Call for unnecessary meetings - Neglect the importance of sales - Hire team members for work they can do internally (when starting out) Great founders should: - Never stop learning - Listen to customers and team members - Constantly improve processes like hiring, sales, and order processing

Discipline is a valuable attribute to have. Every industry needs it. Developing discipline involves consistent practice and creating habits that align with your goals. Start by setting clear, achievable goals and breaking them down into smaller tasks. Establish a routine and prioritize tasks based on their importance. Stay focused by eliminating distractions and holding yourself accountable. Over time, discipline grows stronger with repetition and determination. #discipline #practice
I'm not interested in hiring people that are motivated 🚫 To be honest, motivation is crap. Why? Because it comes and goes too easily. People that are 'motivated' only do what it takes when they feel like it. That doesn't equal high performance or long-term success. Fact 🤷♂️ When I'm hiring, I look for discipline. Why? Because disciplined individuals show up, day in and day out, regardless of how they feel 💪 Disciplined people find a way to show up whether they're feeling motivated or not. And that is what makes discipline a key ingredient to success 🗝 If you're disciplined and want to join one of the fastest growing recruitment companies globally then drop me or Sophie Whiteley a line. We are hiring! 📈

IMHO Andrea Marston totally nailed the risks and the opportunity for #skillsbasedhiring in this panel session with Hung Lee. You need to take a qualitative approach to get a deep level of understanding of your own internal skills need. Quantitative approaches become more useful when you are looking at supply side in the external workforce. Moving between qualitative and quantitative is the trick.

We are HIRING! Ask yourself WHO does that entice to read further... When attracting people to join a business, do most businesses forget about LEVERAGE? What does this do for your Recruitment process? 👀 has people sit up and take notice, ♥️ people feel of value 🔑 lock people in with good engagement😢 reduce people leaving the party 🥳 Trouble is, most Recruitment Processes call to action is "We're Hiring" and this has very poor leverage.... If you want a 2 minute video on the leverage I'm currently using for Sales roles, react with a support. Have a great Friday! #recruiting
