It feels like life has a way of taking me back to “A”—to the beginning of something meaningful—before I move ahead once again. Looking back at my career, I’ve noticed an interesting coincidence—a pattern that begins, quite literally, with the letter “A.” My professional journey started with the #AirForce , where I built the foundation of my career. It was there I learned discipline, resilience, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments. After dedicating decades to serving in uniform, I transitioned to civil aviation—a fresh beginning and an entirely new horizon. My first step in civil aviation was with #AsiaPacificFlightTrainingAcademy, where I immersed myself in the world of pilot training and mentoring. It was a new chapter, full of learning opportunities and experiences that helped me grow as a professional. The next milestone came with #Aviacons, where I continued to guide aspiring pilots and took on the challenge of scaling operations and delivering results. Each role brought its own set of challenges and rewards, but what stands out is how every major chapter started with “A”—a new start, a new perspective, and a step toward growth. And now, I’m excited to begin the next phase of my career with #AirIndiaAviationAcademy. This iconic name represents not just a career milestone but also a continuation of the pattern that’s shaped my journey. Every step so far has prepared me for this moment, and I’m eager to see how this role unfolds and where it takes me next.
