As a 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟱𝟬 you’ve 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿, so the problem isn’t really losing the weight as much as it is 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳. 🤯 It took me a few 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 to figure out how to lose my weight and keep it off. 𝟮𝟰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 later, I’m still 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 my 𝟮𝟬 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀. 🙋🏼♀️ Like many of the women I speak with, I 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 what I was doing, but I didn’t. That led to 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 results and a 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 of 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in myself.
