𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 🪳 For the past five years, we have regularly serviced an old brick apartment building every six months. Whilst we treat the common areas as part of our service, we also offer discounted unit rates to residents. 🏠 Over the years, we noticed that one corner of the building appeared to have its units serviced more regularly than the others. They always referred to #cockroaches as the primary #pest.🪳 This could be for several reasons….One was that they all shared the same piping system that ran from the top to the bottom of the building.  As a service, we applied a slowly controlled flowable insecticidal dust into the service pipe conduit that runs from the top to manage cockroach populations.
