I greatly appreciate this piece by Lyn Currie about attracting and retaining top talent. As she points out, what employees are seeking in a work environment is changing rapidly. And has she also notes establishing best practices around work environment, “all start with culture.” I truly believe culture is at the very core of an organization's ability to succeed.
