We have to find out the needs of the outfit for a specific time. 2. when need is identified it should be sent to the procurement department as a requisition. 3. The procurement department will justify the needs and If they find the items are not available in the store and buy is the best choice then they will include it in the procurement plan.the procurement could be starting at that time basing on urgency,budget.Or it could be inserted in overall procurement plan. 4. whenever it starts,it will start with sourcing and subsequently after completing as many as 13 cycles the procurement will be finished. #mustafizavan
