Over the weekend, I organized my first “Surviving to Thriving in the Ocean” masterclass to boost ocean confidence. It was so much fun for both the participants and me!🌸🙏 In the afternoon, my childhood friend, who is in Australia for work, asked me to arrange a surf lesson for her coworkers and herself. I reached out to @kirrapoint.surfschool , and they made it possible. Everyone had a blast! (And I highly recommend them.🏄♀️) At the end of each activity, I was often asked: “Why do you mix all these as a coach? Why swimming, fitness, psych-k®, and so on?” My first answer was simple: because I love doing all of this, and I believe it’s all connected. On Sunday, I had a deep and powerful chat with @ana_salido_ ,which reminded us of our ‘why’. Here’s mine: I mix different modalities because they all teach us how to truly take care of ourselves—not just superficially, but on a deeper level. Self-care is more than just going to the spa. It’s about nurturing, healing, feeding, and growing our mind, body, and soul. They are all interconnected. As women, we often put ourselves last, but we need to change that. My goal as an individual, coach, and business owner is to grow, evolve, and lead by example.
