Interim Report January - September 2024 Rollout of the New Platform and Focus on Cost Control Market and capacity challenges persisted through the third quarter of 2024. An oversupply of taxis drove intense competition in the consumer (B2C) segment, while capacity shortages during peak hours impacted all customer segments. Throughout the quarter, we adapted our organization and cost base to align with the current market conditions. Despite the challenges, our unwavering focus remained on delivering quality and enhancing earnings for drivers and transporters. The rollout of our new booking and dispatch platform, iCabbi, progressed in Region Syd during the quarter. After some initial delays and adjustments, the implementation is now proceeding according to plan. I am confident in leading Cabonline through this transformation as we strive to build a more sustainable and competitive future. Incredibly proud of the team we have at Teleport that just closed a strong Q3, and the results speak for themselves. 77,341 tonnes moved, a 31% year-on-year increase and up 21% from Q2. Of that, 15.7 million eCommerce parcels were delivered — a massive 113% year-on-year surge. We’re moving 171,000 parcels daily as we close in on our goal of moving 2 million parcels daily by 2025. This momentum comes from deeper client integrations, as well as our mindset that embraces the "it needs to happen tomorrow" expectation from most of our clients. We’ve also grown capacity by 11%, with a 7x boost from our Air Partners (watch this space closely!) network and improved freighter and belly capacity on passenger flights. Utilisation rates are up by 3 ppt, showing increased efficiency in the way we work. Today, we are celebrating a strong quarter and look forward to the rest of the year with many reasons to be optimistic. But don't get me wrong: it has been an intense year with ups and downs so far. Scaling organizations with self-set unreasonably high expectations only works with a rock star team that transforms the once "unreasonable expectation" into "told you it was possible". Shout out to all the Teleporters spread all across Asia and beyond! Our mission?
