Interim Report January - September 2024 Rollout of the New Platform and Focus on Cost Control Market and capacity challenges persisted through the third quarter of 2024. An oversupply of taxis drove intense competition in the consumer (B2C) segment, while capacity shortages during peak hours impacted all customer segments. Throughout the quarter, we adapted our organization and cost base to align with the current market conditions. Despite the challenges, our unwavering focus remained on delivering quality and enhancing earnings for drivers and transporters. The rollout of our new booking and dispatch platform, iCabbi, progressed in Region Syd during the quarter. After some initial delays and adjustments, the implementation is now proceeding according to plan. I am confident in leading Cabonline through this transformation as we strive to build a more sustainable and competitive future.
