𝘔𝘺 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥! It took me 3 important years of my life to learn how to keep the team happy! Here is how you can do the same: 👉🏻 Listen to your employees and make sure their problems are heard 👉🏻 Trust your team with responsibilities and give them the required ownership. 👉🏻 Acknowledge hard work and celebrate achievements to keep the team motivated. 👉🏻 Offer benefits and perks that matter 👉🏻 Provide opportunities and training for upscaling and upskilling of team. 👉🏻 Your team will mirror your work ethic and values, so set the right example. These insights have been instrumental in our journey, and I hope they help other founders build their dream teams. #linkedin #business #influencermarketingagency #team #journey #happyteam

Building culture is “making it happen” for someone else. We’ve got some amazing things on the horizon at FitLab in the Studio Division. With a growing team, each person added is one deviation further from the core vision unless they are actively brought into the fold. Building something great involves tremendous anticipation. And in that, it should be met with payoffs that solidify your decision to join the team like waiting for Christmas to see that bike you asked for under the tree-and when you do… you KNOW Santa is real. Every time you “make it happen” for someone, you earn another vote to the future that was planned. Another incredible and valued piece of an integrated culture. Whether it is for a client or someone on your team, if you have read this far, for the remainder of the week I implore you to: • ”Make it happen” for someone if you can • Help someone move toward that moment if you can’t • Recognize and celebrate that moment with someone if it’s already in motion Let’s win the rest of the week 🙌🏻

🎯 Ever wondered why some team building activities fall flat while others create lasting bonds? As the founder of nonTRIVIAl Games, I've seen firsthand that the secret lies in making it genuinely engaging! 🧩 After years of creating custom trivia experiences, I've learned that the best team activities aren't about forced fun – they're about creating natural moments where everyone can shine. Whether it's our corporate team buildings, after-school programs, or our popular CouchTrivia mp4 games, we've seen how the right mix of challenge and entertainment brings people together. 🎮 What makes trivia such a powerful tool? It's simple: everyone has their moment to be the expert! From pop culture buffs to history enthusiasts, each team member gets their chance to contribute. Plus, there's something magical about seeing a CEO and an intern collaborate on answering that tricky question about 80s movies or world geography! 🌟 The best part? Our events work equally well in person, at bars, during birthday celebrations, or through our take-home games. Because at the end of the day, it's not just about getting the right answers – it's about the laughs, debates, and high-fives shared along the way. ‘How did you choose your co-founders at THRIVE?’ This was a question I was asked last week when running a Q&A session. It caught me off guard a little bit, as it’s a question I’d never considered before, because, truth be told, there was never a choice to be made. Sometimes you just know it’s right, and everything falls into place at the right time. Sometimes your values and ideas are so perfectly aligned that the decision to join forces is made for you, which is exactly what happened with Tim and Aimeé. But if I was to highlight the three key areas to look for, it would be this: ⚖️ Plug skill gaps: Being very honest about your skills and the lane that you are most comfortable in allows you to find co-founders that excel within your areas of weakness. Me, Tim and Aimee all have unique skillsets, which means we naturally slot into and own different areas of the business. 🌟 Value alignment: Arguably the most critical component in any founding team is all being on the same page when it comes to personal values. We were all looking to tackle the same problem and on a similar mission before we all connected, so our values as a collective are unbelievably strong - and something that will remain at the centre of everything we do. 🤣 Have a laugh: Let’s be honest, starting anything from scratch can be stressful, particularly in these early days when it feels like you’re spinning a million plates. So making sure you all have a laugh and enjoy the experience is so important. It’s such an interesting topic to dive into - I’d love to hear from other co-founders on what they looked for when going into business together?

Next week marks 4 years of DOUBLESTAR CO, but it's actually 5, and what a rollercoaster it's been. When I first launched the agency, it was just me and a laptop. I'd asked Baptiste DAVID to join, but it wasn't the right time for him. Determined and full of hubris, I set off solo. Fast forward a year, COVID hit, and businesses were collapsing everywhere. Bapt became available, and we rolled the dice together. That’s the true birth of DOUBLESTAR CO. That's when it mattered. Now, as we near the end of our 5th fiscal year, it's been the toughest yet. The market is chaotic, budgets tight, and plans unpredictable. The stress has been immense. However, having a great business partner helps tackle three core challenges: 1. Loneliness and Guilt: Running a business can feel isolating, filled with guilt and shame when discussing hard times. A business partner is like a second spouse, confidant, and hype squad. 2. Work-Life Balance: Being the boss sounds glamorous, but often means the business stalls when you're not working. Scaling with a partner and a dedicated team ensures everyone can enjoy a better work-life balance. 3. Creativity and Balance: Creativity demands character. Strategy and copy are just half the equation. Art and technical direction are equally critical. Find your creative partner. Khalil Najjar, who's run and built businesses far more grown up than mine, reminded me today to count all our wins, and that’s what this is. Anyway, next week is a good week to celebrate.

🌟Why We Choose Team Players and Doers Over Just the Smartest People!🌟 🚀 At Comar Fluid Power, I believe that building a dream team isn't just about finding the brightest bulbs in the box. Sure, brainpower is awesome, but let's talk about the real superheroes in the workplace: the Team Players and Doers! 🎯 Team Players: These are the folks who make our office feel like a championship game every day. They pass the ball, set up the plays, and cheer everyone on. No egos, just pure, unadulterated teamwork. 💡 Doers: Ever met someone who could MacGyver a solution out of thin air? That's our doers! They see a challenge, roll up their sleeves, and get things done, often with a smile (and maybe some duct tape). 🛠️ 🔥 Why We Love Them: Collaboration Over Competition: They know the secret sauce of success is in working together, not just working hard. Resilience: When the going gets tough, these folks don’t just get going—they get creative and find a way through. Positive Vibes: They bring energy and enthusiasm that’s more infectious than the latest TikTok trend. 🤣 And let's be real, who wants to work with someone who's all brains but no fun? Imagine Sheldon Cooper without a sense of humor. No thanks! 🙅♂️ 👏 So here's to the unsung heroes of our office, the ones who might not always have the highest IQ but definitely have the highest EQ (and the best dance moves at the office party). 💪 Remember, in the end, it's not just about being the smartest in the room; it's about being the most adaptable, the most supportive, and the most willing to jump in and get things done. I consider myself a team player, most certainly not the smartest in the room and I know how to treat others which is absolutely key to a positive environment. #TeamPlayers #Doers #WorkplaceHeroes #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork #Recruiting #CompanyCulture #OfficeFun
