A GENTLE REMINDER FOR ALL THE PRODUCT MANAGERS OUT THERE "The ambiguity of the product management role is near to its essence." As product managers/owners/officers, we often find ourselves in a space filled with uncertainty and ambiguity. This isn't a flaw; it's a feature. The very nature of our role requires us to navigate through undefined territories, bridging gaps between different departments, and aligning diverse perspectives towards a common goal. Embracing this ambiguity allows us to be adaptable, innovative, and proactive in solving complex problems. It's in these gray areas that we find opportunities to define clear strategies, drive product vision, and ultimately create value. So, if you ever feel like you don't know what you're doing, don't worry __ none of us do 😅 #ProductManagement #Leadership #Innovation

How do you incorporate business thinking into your product management approach? In today’s competitive landscape, business acumen is the difference between product managers who just build features and those who build successful businesses. Morning Meetings, Deep Dives, and Decision Fatigue A day in the life of a product manager often starts with back-to-back meetings—stand-ups, syncs, and check-ins. By noon, you've likely juggled everything from roadmap discussions to bug triaging. But here’s the trick: setting aside time to pause and recalibrate. Even a quick 15-minute break to prioritize the top tasks for the day can make a huge difference. Any other PMs out there who rely on these mini-breaks to stay focused? #ProductManagement #Productivity #Leadership

🔥 Product Managers = likely future CEOs? It’s a comparison that came up during a fantastic panel discussion at the #ProductManagersConference, organized by Verslo žinios. As Aleksandras Nelkinas put it: “When you become a good PM, you surely have great chances to be a great CEO later.” 🚀 A product manager’s role requires ownership, leadership, and the ability to bring teams together—much like a CEO. But there’s so much more to it… Here are a few key takeaways from our panel, which was expertly moderated by Vytautas Ašeris: 💬 Evaldas Urbonas reminded us of the importance of truly listening: “Listen carefully to customers, CEOs, and stakeholders—figure out what problem they want to solve, don’t just execute the feature they first asked for.” This is where PMs really bring value: interpreting needs and creating the right solutions. 💡 Juras Juršėnas shared a motivating insight about the PM journey: “Even if the PM role looks hard, and many ideas fail, this is a super creative and exciting role.” Despite the challenges, it’s the creativity and experimentation that make this job so rewarding. 🔑 As panellists discussed, being a PM means more than managing projects—it’s about #leadership, #creativity, and most importantly, #empathy. Thanks for a great pannel! 🙏 #DigitalProducts #ProductManagement #ProductLeadership #Conference #VersloZinios #Vilnius #Growth
