There's a lot of talk a lot about AI-driven loyalty and engagement strategies and all the cool things you can do with it. But the reality looks different. Brands doesn't struggle that much collecting data any more the challenge is making it actionable. Too many brands are sitting on a goldmine of customer insights and doing… well, not much. Instead, customers get the same generic emails, the same irrelevant offers, and the same “We miss you” discount when they literally just bought something yesterday. So what’s missing? ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 –> Customers expect relevant offers now, not in next week’s email. ✅ 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 –> If your loyalty program still treats everyone more or less the same, you’re doing it wrong. ✅ 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 –> That amazing in-app offer?
