Big change starts with local action. Alongside the National Co-production Advisory Group, we partnered with One Halton to reimagine how care and support works in Halton. The result? Halton’s first ever Co-production Charter, a blueprint for putting people with lived experience at the heart of the decisions that shape their lives. Through interactive workshops, we brought together local people, advocacy groups, practitioners, and leaders. Together, we explored what co-production means in practice, from shared values to practical tools for making a real difference. And this is just the beginning. CONSTANT has worked with dozens of state and local governments to evaluate response to COVID-19 and craft actionable After Action Reports and Improvement Plans (AARs/IPs). Our AARs/IPs position agencies to build on preparedness, response, and recovery strengths and identify gaps to be bridged and actions to take to do so. Yesterday, our team successfully presented the findings of the Ventura County COVID-19 AAR/IP to the Board of Supervisors.
