As we enter the last two months of 2024, it's a time of reflection and gratitude! This year has been a whirlwind in recruitment, particularly in the food, agriculture, and fresh produce industries. Each conversation, candidate, and client has taught me something valuable about perseverance, growth, and the importance of building genuine connections. These final months are often a time when we wrap up projects, finalize placements, and prepare for the year ahead. But they’re also a moment to reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and how we can improve for 2025. For me, it’s been about: 💗 Building relationships – Recruiting is not just about filling roles; it’s about connecting the right people with the right opportunities. For me, that has meant being honest and transparent with all candidates from the start, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the process. It’s this commitment to integrity that strengthens relationships and builds trust on both sides. 🚀 Adapting to change – With the growth of our LCR team, new opportunities and challenges have emerged. As our team expands, so do our responsibilities, and while that means more tasks to manage, it’s an exciting journey. Bigger teams bring bigger possibilities, and I’ve been energized by the collective effort to stay ahead in an ever-evolving recruitment landscape. Flexibility and creative sourcing have been a major key to finding the best talent, while adapting to these changes has made the journey even more rewarding. 🏆 Looking forward to 2025 – The future holds so much potential.
