New paper here on digital technologies for measuring health in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, which I helped out on. https://lnkd.in/eqjCNUf7 Turns out there are a heap of useful tools and devices out there, but it's hard to dig up validation evidence for a lot of them. Part of this project was to set up a library, where the interested researcher can find that evidence in once place.
Cumulus Neuroscience is honored to announce our partnership with the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) and our participation in their latest Digital Health Measurement Collaborative Community (DATAcc) project Building the Business Case for Digital Endpoints. We’re also excited to share that John Dyer, PhD is the co-author on a publication in the June Issue of The Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease Prevention titled “Digital Health Technologies for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias: Initial Results from a Landscape Analysis and Community Collaborative Effort.” Led by DATAcc by DiMe, this publication provides a comprehensive landscape review of over 100 digital health technologies being used for assessment and monitoring in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD). 📢 NAEVR Joins Ad Hoc Group for Medical Research to Support Robust NIH Funding We are proud to sign on as a supporter of the Ad Hoc Group for Medical Research’s letter urging US Congress to finalize the FY 2025 Labor-HHS spending bill with at least $48.9 billion for The National Institutes of Health, plus funding for Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). https://bit.ly/497qWWS The NIH drives groundbreaking discoveries that save lives, improve health, and bolster our economy. However, only 1 in 5 promising research proposals currently receive funding—leaving life-changing opportunities on the table. Sustained and predictable funding growth is critical to ensuring the U.S. remains a global leader in medical innovation. Together, we’re advocating for investments that will advance cures, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen the biomedical workforce. Let’s protect the future of research and innovation! 💡 #AdvocacyMatters #VisionResearch #SaveNIH #BiomedicalResearch
