A few weeks ago, I got to speak to Claudia on her podcast. 💫 ✨ At the time, I didn't realize that our conversation would be released after my recent radio talk. Those of you who have been following me for awhile will know that I keep going on about how when we focus on the right ratio of hours at work and at home that we don't get address the root of the problem. The problem we think that work-life balance is going to fix is the sense of overwhelm and burnout. Listen to the podcast to hear how all the studies are showing that "me time" is absolutely critical to addressing this root problem, it's not about setting the boundaries on when you answer emails.
