Supporting the RPH are a series of other driver metrics that impact the core RPH number. Under each of those supporting driver metrics are levers. This session will show you how to construct or realign your firm's growth strategy by using this metrics approach. 🌟 Personal Reflections from the Personal Finance Society Chartered Firm of the Year Semi-Finals This year, we reached an exciting milestone at Celtic Financial Planning Ltd by entering the prestigious PFS Chartered Firm of the Year award. Advancing to the semi-final stages was a proud moment for our team, where we showcased our achievements through a short video submission. We were tasked with creating a video to showcase our firm's impact—across our industry, within our team, to our clients, and in our community. Despite the rush to prepare this amidst a very busy schedule and battling illness, the process was incredibly enlightening and gratifying. 🔍 Taking Time to Reflect: Engaging in this competition reinforced the importance of pausing to reflect on our journey. Crafting a business that not only strives for excellence but also creates a workplace where anyone would be proud to work, is a continuous labour of love. Win or lose, every step forward is a part of our growth and commitment to excellence.
