As Thanksgiving approaches, we want to take a moment to reflect on everything we’re grateful for—and trust us, it’s a lot. At the top of the list? Our clients who inspire us and our incredible team who make it all happen. To our clients: Thank you for trusting us with your vision and giving us the opportunity to bring bold ideas to life. Together, we’ve tackled challenges, celebrated successes, and pushed boundaries. We’re grateful for every collaboration and the chance to help you think bigger and go further. And to our team: You’re the ones who turn ideas into magic, chaos into clarity, and deadlines into deliverables (with style, no less). Your creativity, dedication, and ability to keep things fun while getting the job done makes this place one-of-a-kind. Simply put, you’re the best. To those of you considering working with us: This is the team you want in your corner. Hardworking, fun-loving, and big-thinking, we’re here to help your vision stand out and succeed. Let’s make something amazing together. This Thanksgiving, we’re raising a glass (and maybe a slice of pumpkin pie) to all of you. Here’s to a holiday filled with laughter, relaxation, and all the mashed potatoes you can eat. With gratitude, Jason Smith and Thomas Frank

Every year around this time, family and friends gather together to celebrate Thanksgiving. It's also around this time where people slow down and reflect on exactly what brings them the most gratitude. While I prepare to celebrate one of my favorite holidays, I want to share three of life's most valuable treasures which we can all be grateful for this year. Rewriting Holiday Traditions: A Non-Traditional Thanksgiving Thanksgiving has always been a big deal for many—filled with family, food, and festive traditions. But for me, it’s never been quite like that. For most of my life, I’ve struggled with the pressure to celebrate in a "traditional" way, but over time, I’ve realized that what matters most is creating a holiday that reflects my needs and values. In my latest blog post, I share my journey toward embracing a non-traditional Thanksgiving, letting go of societal expectations, and learning to celebrate on my own terms. If you’ve ever felt the weight of trying to meet others’ expectations during the holidays, or struggled to make peace with family traditions that don’t serve you, this post is for you. I’m challenging myself (and you) to be intentional about how we spend this time of year—whether it’s with loved ones or in much-needed solitude. After all, self-care isn’t selfish; it’s essential. Check out the full post to learn how to experience Thanksgiving on your own terms. https://lnkd.in/g6dTxg29

As we enter the Thanksgiving Holiday week, it is a good reminder to keep it simple, to spend time with family and friends, and be truly thankful for all that we have and are capable of. Keep it Simple We know, from years on our journey, that life has a way of getting complicated—our schedules, our decisions, and even the way we approach our goals can become a tangled web of “more.” But simplicity is a quiet superpower that we should use more and more. It’s stripping away the unnecessary, focusing on what truly matters, and finding clarity in the chaos. Simplicity doesn’t mean doing less; it means doing what’s essential with purpose and intention. It’s about creating space to breathe, think, and connect with the world around us. Simplicity is also a discipline—it is about choosing to say no to the distractions that pull us away from our goals. It’s in the simple routines, the small habits, and the quiet focus where we find strength. When we start with "simple" we realize that a meaningful life isn’t built on complexity; it’s built on a foundation of deliberate choices, small but powerful actions, and an unwavering commitment to living fully, with less clutter and more intention. So, let’s keep it simple and truly create space for meaning, purpose, and personal fulfillment. Happy Thanksgiving!

If you aren't planning your Thanksgiving roll-out already, then you are behind. Your competitors (other families) have identified their blockers and aligned each member of the team by now. Thanksgiving in my house is all about leveraging technology and brands to create the ideal consumer experience. Every family member at the table experiences a custom B2C flow based on their individual profile. I do extensive research and build user personas of everyone attending. If you're still stuck on the micro, you're missing the macro of the meal. I'm combining the gratitude of the holiday with proven, industry-leading strategies to form a plan that I call my Thanksgiving 'Grategy'. What are your Thanksgiving objectives?

I talk a lot about sales—strategies, goals, growth—but sales doesn’t define me. In fact, your vocation, whatever it may be, shouldn’t define you either (with a few notable exceptions). Your job is there to provide you with the means to support what truly matters: your family, your loved ones, your life outside of work. But not everyone has the same blessings. Some don’t have the luxury of a family to gather with. Some don’t have the luxury of a job that allows them the time to spend with loved ones. If you have either or both, take a moment to pause and be thankful. Celebrate those blessings. Reflect on the time, energy, and love you pour into your family and loved ones. Thanksgiving is a day to be fully present, laugh, share stories, and cherish every moment. Work is what we do; it’s not who we are. And because of this, I won’t be posting the rest of this week; I’m choosing to be present with my loved ones. If I could give one piece of advice this Thanksgiving week: cut down on the ancillary activities if you can. Make room for what matters most. Wishing you all a warm, love-filled, and joyful Thanksgiving. Let’s hold gratitude in our hearts for the gifts we have.
