Tip No. 4: Eat better... for better results in Health and Hair. That phrase 'you are what you eat' is actually true! If you put water in your petrol engine car, what happens? The same thing is with our bodies, except it won't immediately stop working. Most of us don't appreciate where we are in our life cycle and aren't thinking about the future and what it may bring for our health. AND the acronym YOLO which has become synonymous with not taking care of our bodies, especially when we're young makes me 🤢 😡 If we were to take 1% more care of our bodies each day while we are young we would stay younger for longer, have more energy and not be totally fu£k3d when we start to become a little riper 🍌 What do you want to feel like in 10 years time? Taking action now will help you improve how you deal with stress, how much energy you have and what you look like in 10 years time. 5 simple things we can do to get more energy, feel younger and age well: 1. Get at least 8 hours sleep a night and optimise this for better recovery. 2. Eat #organic foods and remove toxic chemicals from your system (including what goes onto your skin.)
