The year 2024 was a great year. I am super grateful to get the chance to be involved in various IT consultancy projects and meet many talented people. The first highlight of 2024 was leading a project to develop IT operational standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Jakarta Revenue Agency. These SOPs streamline processes, standardize workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The broader implications include minimizing errors, safeguarding sensitive citizen data, enhancing service predictability, and reducing risks of non-compliance. This work reinforces the importance of effective governance in public service delivery. The second highlight was developing a comprehensive enterprise architecture (EA) and IT roadmap for the national procurement agency. The project involved crafting business, data, application, infrastructure, service, and security architectures aligned with the Indonesian e-Government standard (SPBE). Additionally, we created guides for IT governance and management, forming a robust IT roadmap. This initiative aims to empower the agency to deliver efficient, cost-effective procurement services while promoting fairness, transparency, and optimal use of public funds. The final highlight was leading the development of a whistleblowing system. This project offered unique learning opportunities, requiring us to balance diverse stakeholder needs, address legal and ethical considerations, and manage evolving requirements. The chance to meet and present the results to various stakeholders was such a pleasure. Based on these, I am thankful for the reminder of the importance of: -Collaboration: Effective teamwork is critical in overcoming the technical and human challenges of the project. - Empathy for Stakeholders: Understanding and addressing the concerns of various stakeholders and technical teams fosters trust. -Adaptability in handling evolving requirements and unexpected issues in complex, dynamic environments. -System Thinking: Seeing how each phase connects helps in designing systems that are not only functional but also sustainable. -Being detail oriented, as in consulting, success often hinges of the smallest things. 2024 was a year filled with growth, challenges, and countless lessons. I am grateful for everything that happened, both the ups and downs. As 2025 is here, I wish everyone a successful and fulfilling year ahead.

Setting new standards in operational innovation; this achievement lays the groundwork for streamlined processes, operational excellence, and growth. The solution, meticulously designed for PSO’s new 𝐋𝐏𝐆 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, streamlines order management, activity tracking, resource optimization and scanning solution ensuring transparency and efficiency. Successfully rolled out in Hunza as the pilot region, this initiative is set to expand nationwide soon, it addresses unique challenges while setting a strong foundation for future growth.
