Malaysia for their remarkable achievement in enhancing service delivery for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). At the recent 'Majlis Penutup Konvensyen Nasional Reformasi Perkhidmatan Awam 2024', YBhg. Dato' Sri Khairul Dzaimee bin Daud, Secretary General of the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (KUSKOP), received a Certificate of Appreciation from YBhg. Tan Sri Shamsul Azri bin Abu Bakar, the Chief Secretary to the Government, for the 'Projek Peningkatan Kecekapan dalam Sistem Penyampaian Perkhidmatan SME Corp. Malaysia kepada PMKS.' A key innovation in this initiative is the Integrated Rating & Incentive System for MSMEs ('MyBPI'), a platform developed in partnership between SME Corp. Malaysia and Century Software. This digital solution incorporates cutting-edge technologies such as AI-OCR, Blockchain and e-KYC, contributing to the 'Reformasi Kerenah Birokrasi (RKB)' programme, which seeks to streamline processes and reduce bureaucratic red tape. Through this platform, MSMEs can easily access essential programmes and support services, which in turn fosters growth and drives economic progress. Remarkably, the 'MyBPI' system has enhanced the efficiency of SCORE processing, reducing the time taken by over 80%. This reduction has brought about significant improvements in compliance, resulting in cost savings for MSMEs.
