It was great to be back at Richard Harpin’s house this morning for our first Business Leader growth workshop since July. We were joined by some of the most exciting entrepreneurs in the country and I now need a new notebook after taking so many notes. At one point we talked about the benefits of coaching and one of the antendees pointed out that it only takes one or two great ideas to make a two hour discussion worthwhile. Well we got more than one or two today, with a few crucial business decisions being changed as a result. It’s why it’s so important that founders and CEOs take the time to have these discussions where they can work on their business not in their business. We don’t do networking at Business Leader - we bring leaders together for conversations that can have a tangible effect on their business.
