To make a long story short 👨🏻💻, it's now time to say a goodbye ✊to each and every members of Trivium Packaging team. When one is having fun, time speeds by 🚀 , and what a journey it has been. What provides the Cambridge Dictionary say about what "a journey" implies then? - the process of travelling from one location to another, usually via car. - A set of events that happen to someone over time, particularly if those experiences shape the person in some way. - A school child's achievements as well as expertise are documented in this book. That sums it up pretty accurate ! Imagine starting into an empty office in Paris, at La tour Cristal due to Covid crisis and being handed a laptop and a stack of project, annual negotiations, digitalization, transformation, restructuring.🎢🎢🎢 I have been deeply impressed by the different teams, from the operator to the senior leaders passing by the cleaners. 🏭 Things cannot go that well without a deep commitment. I met people really passionated 💗💞💕and they passed me that passion, come rain or come shine.🗽 I will specially thanks those who have supported me throughout my journey🦸🏻♂️, especially my team members and mentors, who continued to challenged me daily !You have been instrumental in my growth and success, and I’m grateful for your guidance, encouragement, and friendship. I learnt so much from you and I am happy to know that I shared with many of you what I know and what I believe in. In the next few days, I will continue to personally say good-bye to quite a few of people🫵🏽🫵🏽🫵🏽. It is a very small world, and I have absolute trust that we will cross paths once more. It's time to move on, join another squad, keep on growing. 🫀 I am very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead, and I’m eager to discover the next chapter. #HR #TEAMSPIRIT #PASSION

As I wrap up my journey as Head of Design at Ovvio.io, I'm filled with gratitude and excitement for the future. This chapter has been more than just a job; it's been a transformative experience that has enriched both my professional skills and personal growth. The heart of this experience has been the incredible people I've had the privilege to work with. My colleagues at Ovvio have been more than just coworkers – they've been mentors, friends, and constant sources of inspiration. Together, we've tackled challenges, celebrated victories, and pushed the boundaries of what's possible in design and productivity. What I'm taking away from this experience goes far beyond the projects we've completed. It's the values of collaboration, innovation, and user-centric thinking that have been reinforced every step of the way. This experience has only strengthened my conviction that great design is not just about aesthetics, but about truly understanding and solving human problems. As I close this chapter, I'm excited about the new opportunities that lie ahead. I believe that every ending is a new beginning, and I'm looking forward to applying all that I've learned in new and exciting ways. To my Ovvio family: Nadav Ben Itzhak, Ofri Wolfus, Itay Galim, Bilgesu Parmaksiz, Yarden Ben Noon, Amit Steiner- thank you for your trust, your creativity, and for making these past three years so meaningful. The impact of our work and relationships will continue to shape my journey ahead. Here's to new beginnings, continued growth, and the endless possibilities that lie ahead. I'm excited to see where this next chapter leads and to connect with fellow innovators along the way. #NewBeginnings #Gratitude #DesignThinking #Innovation

Apparently today is my 5th Anniversary at Metrikus 🎈 So it feels apt to share 5 things I’ve learned along the way: 1. What the novelist E. L. Doctorow said about writing applies to startups too ‘it’s like driving a car at night. You never see further than your headlights but you can make the whole trip that way.’ You need to know where you are going, but you’ll never know the obstacles you’re going to face on the way there and that’s ok. *cough* Covid-19 *cough* 2. The energy you bring as a leader is contagious - be that good or bad. Lead with the energy you want to see reflected back. 3. Managing is not just a title it’s a job. It seems simple, but not enough people realise this. 4. The successful companies won’t be the ones with the coolest most advanced tech. They will be the ones who deeply understand the customer and relentlessly solve for pain points. Innovation without insight is just noise. 5. Most companies are underutilising their marketing department. I’m fortunate to be part of a team that gets it—but because of that, I see just how much potential is being wasted in other companies. To pick only 5 is a very large task as I can pretty honestly say I learn something every day, so these may not be the top 5 but they are the ones that come to mind. Feeling very grateful for the opportunities I’ve received and the people I’ve had the pleasure of working with over these years. Here’s to the next 5! 🚀

All true in my opinion.
