Mahindra Group!! Mahindra XUV 3XO!! Mahindra has always been a brand I’ve admired for its innovation and commitment to excellence. Their presentations and marketing campaigns paint a picture of reliability and trustworthiness. However, this image can shatter quickly for those who encounter a less-than-ideal experience, whether it’s before the sale or during after-sales services. I strongly urge potential buyers of the Mahindra XUV3XO to be cautious of unforeseen and uninformed delays that could disrupt their plans and expectations. My own experience with the delayed delivery of the XUV3XO (Booking No. B-9729973) has been deeply disappointing. I booked the vehicle in July 2024, with a delivery timeline of January 2025. To my surprise, I was recently informed that the delivery will now take an additional six months—pushing it to August 2025. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication from Mahindra regarding this delay. In contrast, Tata Motors stands out for their consistent track record of delivering vehicles on the promised date, setting an example of customer-centric practices that Mahindra could certainly learn from. One of my favorite Indian brands has been Mahindra! The name is synonymous with SUVs and now with comfort and tech! Iconic cars like Scorpio, Thar, and XUV 700 are just the tip of the iceberg of what Mahindra is. Mahindra seems like just an Indian car company But do you know, that Mahindra Scorpio N, Thar, Bolero N, and XUV 700 are among the top sellers in Australia and also popular in the US and Canada? This shows the Mahindra team has not failed in marketing and the engineering team has not failed in delivering the promised things by sales. That is what a great brand is, if you want to create a big MNC, every team should complement the other team and stand as a whole always in the eyes of consumers and competitors. Your brand should always be the reflection of what you stand for together. Fun fact: Mahindra owns the world’s fastest Electric car, Pininfarina Batista! #digitalmarketing #marketingconsultant #branding #branding101 #fridaymood #weekendpost

Anand Mahindra, the chairman of Mahindra Group, once again proved his reputation for handling criticism with class. Following the launch of Mahindra’s latest electric vehicles, the BE6e and XEV 9e, a user criticized the company’s car designs, service quality, and reliability in a strongly worded post. The critique read, “Your cars lack aesthetics and quality, nowhere near Hyundai. Some designs are outright 'gobar' (dung) kinda.” Instead of dismissing the remarks, Anand Mahindra responded with humility, sharing the critique and reflecting on Mahindra’s journey. “In 1991, a global consulting firm advised us to exit the car business, claiming we couldn’t compete with foreign brands. Three decades later, we’re still here, competing fiercely,” he said. He further noted that harsh feedback fuels their drive to improve, adding, “No room for complacency. Critiques like yours feed the fire in our bellies.” The critic later praised Anand’s constructive response, tweeting, “OMG this is so sweet. Glad you took it positively. I deleted my tweet after feeling my words were too harsh.” Anand’s response shows how leadership thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. #MahindraEVs #AnandMahindra #LeadershipGoals #Innovation #CustomerFeedback #CorporateLeadership #ElectricVehicles #PositiveResponse #cxolanes

A video from the 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 is being circulated on the internet, showing that Tata Motors has 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝒂 𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒄 𝒔𝒖𝒏𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒇 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝑵𝒆𝒙𝒐𝒏, seemingly in response to Mahindra's recent launch of the XUV 3X0. Despite the scorching hot weather in many Indian regions, the sunroof remains a popular feature, often seen as a luxury that attracts consumers. Tata Motors' move to include this feature is a strategic step to stay competitive with Mahindra. However, this addition is likely to increase the price of the top-end Nexon model. For instance, the current top model of the 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐌𝐓 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 ₹18.83 𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐡 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐡𝐢. The inclusion of a panoramic sunroof might add around ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 to the price. 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: are consumers willing to spend such a significant amount on a sub-4-meter car? While the appeal of the sunroof might justify the price hike for some, it remains to be seen how the market will respond. 𝑭𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒐𝒑𝒊𝒄 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒘. . . . .
