Bridging Gaps, Building Futures: Leading Construction Projects, Teams and Innovation Beyond Boundaries

Last week marked an exciting milestone for our organization as we began transitioning into our new teams. It’s an exciting time for all of us, full of new opportunities and fresh challenges. One of the highlights for me personally was leading a training session on the BCOES process. It all started when one of our new Project Managers asked me how to prepare for BCOES. Rather than just answering one question, I saw it as an opportunity to open up a learning session for the entire team. What started with a single inquiry quickly grew into a full training, with 11 team members joining in & 3 more asking for the recorded training! I’m really proud of everyone who participated. It was especially inspiring to see our more experienced Project Managers joining in—showing that no matter how long we’ve been in the field, there’s always room for learning and growth. Continuous learning is a beautiful thing, and it’s one of the core values I believe drives our success as a team. None of these 11 people had to be there—but they chose to be. That commitment to growth and knowledge-sharing is exactly the kind of culture we’re building here, and I’m excited to see where it takes us. #ContinuousLearning #Teamwork #Leadership #GrowthMindset #Collaboration #ProjectManagement
