Over 50s in the comms sector are like the seasoned chefs of the kitchen - we’ve been through it all, from fax machines to TikTok trends, and we’ve got the scars (and stories) to prove it! What we bring to the table is a mix of calm, collected experience and a genuine passion for mentoring others. My advice? Lean into your strengths, share your insights generously, and don’t be afraid to embrace new tools and ideas- after all, we’ve already survived the transition from floppy disks to the cloud!
