Circular North’s Post

Thank you for protecting our environment! We’re thrilled to share the success of our recent Household Hazardous Waste Collection! Approximately 2.836 tonnes of hazardous materials were safely collected from across northern Tasmania. Your participation has made a significant impact in reducing landfill waste and protecting our waterways. Together, we’re making northern Tasmania a cleaner, safer place for everyone. Thank you to all who participated and to our dedicated partners who made this event possible! Stay tuned for detailed results on each type of waste collected. More information will soon be available about another series of Household Hazardous Waste collections, which will be held this spring. Get ready to safely dispose of more hazardous waste and keep our community clean! #CircularEconomy #Sustainability #CircularNorth #SustainableTasmania ------------------------------------- Circular North is supported by the Tasmanian Government, through the Tasmanian Waste and Resource Recovery Board. Our collection partners: City of Launceston, Meander Valley Council, Break O'Day Council, West Tamar Council, Dorset Council, Northern Midlands Council, George Town Council.
