🚨 Ultrahuman sprints towards $40-mn round with SoftBank 🏃♂️ ⌚ 1️⃣ Wearables company Ultrahuman is speaking with investors to raise $30-40 million in a round that SoftBank Vision Fund may lead, said three people briefed on the matter. 2️⃣ “The company is seeking a $300-million valuation. The conversations have been on for a few months. What is exciting SoftBank about the company is the AI-based software it is building,” said a person tracking the deal. However, there is no certainty that the round will materialise in its current form. 3️⃣ The company will utilise the capital to strengthen its product range and manufacturing capacity and expand operations in international markets such as the US and the UAE.
