Pulling the puck in towards the body prior to releasing is very beneficial! The inward pull combined with the stride release formation creates power and changes the angle of puck. This makes the goalie move or shuffle, which takes them from save to blocking mode! . #hockeygoal #hockeytraining #hockeycoaching
