The usual advice we hear is about taking medications, eating well, regular health checks and exercising, which are all important for a healthy lifestyle. However, today, we’re focusing on a different aspect. Sleep is crucial for good health. Certain everyday activities can disrupt our sleep, like being on our phones late at night, watching a movie or reading a book, and telling ourselves ‘I will stop after just one more chapter.’ Further delaying bedtime. These habits can harm our sleep quality. It’s also helpful to reduce caffeine intake, especially after 3:00 pm. Being organized can also improve sleep.
