Your next higher role in 90 days, without a new skill or certification. Attention Mid-Career / Senior IT professionals: If you're feeling stuck in your career despite trying everything: → Sending out endless applications → Attending networking events → Mastering the latest Tech → Perfecting your resume → Getting certifications → Asking for referrals → Chasing trends It's because you are NOT focusing on the real issues. Which are: "No clarity on your true worth" ↳ So you feel like you aren't good enough. "No strategic career direction" ↳ So you are shooting in the dark. "Unable to market yourself" ↳ So nobody knows you and your value. "Not connected with decision-makers" ↳ So you lose out to those who are. Instead of fixing these real issues, you're wasting time following the masses. I have transformed over 50 careers by fixing the above core issues through our Career Leap Program. So, if you don't want to waste another 6 months or more, I have good news: I'm opening 3 slots for my Career Leap Program - a 90-day journey to your next higher role. This approach replaces: ❌ Random skill-building ❌ Aimless certifications ❌ Endless online applications With: ✅ Targeted growth ✅ Confident positioning ✅ Strategic relationship building DM me "LEAP" to learn more about the program. PS: Only 3 slots for the 3 most committed! #CareerLeap #ITCareers #CareerGrowth #CoachEhsan

🤔 Think you’ll have to start from scratch to switch careers? Think again. You already have more skills than you realize, and they are valuable! Here are the 3 most important steps (you might want to save this): ✅ Identify Transferable Skills: Make a list of your current skills and experiences that can be applied to your new career. This includes soft skills like communication and leadership, as well as hard skills like project management or data analysis. ✅ Network Smartly: Reach out to people who do work you'd love to do for informational interviews. They can provide insights into the industry and might even help you get your foot in the door. ✅ Upskill Strategically: Take online courses or certifications related to your new career path. This shows your commitment and enhances your resume without needing to start from scratch. ⏩ You’re not starting over; you’re simply shifting gears with a wealth of experience behind you. ------ P.S. On July 15th I am hosting a free 90-minute masterclass to help you switch careers without starting over.
