Hiring Managers and HR Professionals, Why Not Give Freshers a Chance? Everyone starts from zero. Every big company, every successful hiring manager & Project Manager all began as freshers. Someone gave them their first chance, and that’s why they are in their positions today. So, why do many freshers find it hard to get a start? Sometimes, even people with a few years of experience hesitate to refer to freshers or connect with them. But why? Not long ago, you were a fresher too. Someone saw your potential, gave you a chance, and helped you grow. So, why not do the same for others? Freshers may not have real-world experience, but many have good knowledge and are eager to learn. They just need an opportunity to prove themselves. If no one gives them a chance, how can they gain that experience? I’m not trying to hurt anyone’s feelings, but this is the reality of today’s job market. Let's remember that every great professional started as a fresher. By opening doors for them, we help build the future. Freshers will always remember and appreciate those who gave them their first break. Who knows, they might even make a big difference in your company one day! Some job post It’s also confusing and disheartening to see job listings labeled as "entry-level" or "fresher" positions, only to find that they require 3 to 5 years of experience. This creates a barrier for true freshers and entry-level candidates. Are 3 to 5 years of experience really considered entry-level !
