Extremely Disappointing and Irresponsible Moving Company – Refuses to Return Surviving Goods After a Fire Incident I am extremely disappointed with this moving company. A few months ago, my belongings were involved in a serious fire while in their care during transit. Many valuable and precious items were destroyed, but what’s even more frustrating is that they still haven’t returned the surviving goods. After the fire incident, I expected the company to take immediate action, but their response was extremely slow and dismissive. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact them, asking for the return of the surviving items, but every time I received vague responses with no real effort to resolve the issue. They keep passing the blame, claiming they can't access the trailer or that they’re handling insurance matters. Yet, months have passed, and nothing has been resolved. I strongly advise against using this company. Their service is terrible, and they lack any sense of responsibility. If you're looking for a reliable moving company, think twice before choosing this one and avoid going through the same ordeal.
