Students discovered the crucial role that values and behaviours play in personal branding and career success, with Will emphasising the importance of continuous skill development. Great to be part of Cohort 4, supporting them on what we all believe a critical step of the Co-op program. Values, talent, skills and strengths are never easy to differentiate at this stage in life, so supporting the students to a greater understanding is the least I can do. Good luck and I look forward to seeing them again before their placements.
