A simple recorded product demo can work wonders. A couple of weeks ago, while building BrandOwl’s onboarding flow, I realized a small demo on a key feature could add serious value. I was too shy to record my own video, so I tried Supademo Turns out, it was—the response has been amazing. I’ve received tons of messages from users about the video, plus feedback on how a similar demo for other features would help them. Sometimes, fixing one small thing for your users can make all the difference.
