I get this question all the time 👉 Outsource? Or hire in-house? IT companies save ~40% from outsourcing. 💰 But for me, it's not just about cost savings. Outsourcing gives you: • Access to a global talent pool • Ability to focus on core business • Flexibility to scale teams up/down quickly • Velocity Hiring in-house gives you some avoidable headaches: • Higher fixed costs (salaries, benefits, office space) • Limited talent pool (based on location) • Difficulty scaling quickly Every company is different.
