This year's theme for Women’s History Month is "Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion."
Women have always been at the forefront of the fight for equity, diversity, and inclusion. From the suffragettes to the civil rights activists to the women who are leading the fight for gender equality today, women have been the ones who have pushed our society forward.
This Women's History Month, I want to take a moment to inspire you to celebrate the women who are working to make our world a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive place. These women are the ones who are fighting for equal pay, equal opportunity, and equal representation for all women. They are the ones who are working to break down the barriers that have held women back for so long.
I am proud to work for a company that is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Link Logistics is a leader in this area, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such talented and dedicated women.
Here are a couple of ways that Link is leading the way in DEI:
We have a Women's Leadership Council, Ascend, which is a group of senior women who are committed to advancing the careers of women at the company.
Link is a signatory to CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, which is a pledge to take action to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
It is an honor to be a part of a company that is committed to making a difference in the lives of women.
This Women's History Month, I encourage you to learn more about the women who are working to make our world a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive place.
