Worst service by magicpin !! One delivery is assigned to two delivery guys. Seems like there is somekind of fraud going on through magicpin as this is the second time I am facing similar issue. Order id - 152303589 Last time I ordered food and it got delayed due to same order was assigned to two delivery agents as mentioned by delivery guy when I called him. He said somone else picked your order and I never received it. Though when i raised this to magicpin support, they just refunded it. Second time Order id - 163265279 Again I ordered something today and same thing happened. When I called the delivery guy he mentioned that someone else picked your order. If magicpin can’t deliver properly then they should stop this service. PS : Delivery guy was saying don’t order from magicpin 😂 Anshoo Sharma Please look into these matter. I met you in person in one of magicpin meetups , magicpin is not similar to what it used to be.

One of the best notifications to wake up to: Every time someone uses SavedBy, I get a notification for the replacement order — this time, it was for our own Pack Leashes. I love these full-circle moments (one of my businesses working with the other), but it also reminds me why we started SavedBy Package Protection. We get notified of every claim that comes through — we're not bottlenecks and don't have to manually approve everything, but nothing slips through the cracks with our level of visibility. It's the type of service we wish we had starting Pack and working with a package protection provider. Nobody had that attention to detail, or attention to anything for that matter. It cost us tons in revenue (handling claims/replacing), irritated our customers (slow service/hassling), and hurt our brand reputation. So we decided to solve the problem ourselves. Now we get to be the solution we always wanted as merchants. Merchants hear this story and I believe it's a key reason why they choose SavedBy — we've been merchants for years and we know the struggle of dealing with poor service. We know what it's like to be funneled off somewhere after we sign the dotted line. Notifications like this remind me of why we do it.
