Today is another day where we both face some unknowns AND put into action that which we trust to be nourishing. For example, we don’t know how the day will unfold. Especially when it involves other humans. But we can hydrate, breathe, stretch, listen, and remind ourselves there is an inner anchor to our life : our effort to become the grounded, stable, loving, generous, compassionate version of ourselves. Then, at the forks in the road between thought and behavior (especially with food) we can ask ourselves “will this choice help me to meet my deeper needs?"
