As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a remarkable year at Compleat Foodservice. Here are just a few achievements that shaped our journey... We’re extremely proud that some of our products have received recognition from leading industry bodies this year. Accolades include our Wrights Unbaked Vegan Sausage Roll winning Silver in the Best New Meat-Free category at the British Frozen Food Federation Awards, whereas on the sweet side, our Sour Cherry & Amaretto Cake was awarded highly commended at British Baker’s Britain’s Best Cake Awards. ⭐ We expanded our capabilities by acquiring new brands, including SK Chilled Foods Ltd Foods and Zorba Foods, leaders in private-label chilled party foods and dips. Alongside this, the acquisition of Harvey & Brockless has strengthened our offering across the Mediterranean deli and continental meat categories. 🍴 Our talented and skilled team have been creating some exceptional, innovative products. A standout was a premium Steak & Ale Pie with Stonegate Group, now enjoyed in pubs across the UK. We also pushed the dessert boundaries through partnering with YO! Sushi on adventurous treats like its Yuzu Lemon Doughnut and Cotton Candy Cheesecake, which have delighted diners nationwide. 🚐Lastly, we’ve travelled all over the country (and world!) for trade shows and events. From showcasing at Bidfood UK events across the UK, to our very own Helen Bowyer speaking at the British Society of Baking conference - and even visiting partners in sunny Seville!
