Coal and coconut shell (anthracite or bituminous) are both organic sources of activated carbon. Carbon forms when an organic source is burned in an environment without oxygen. This process leaves only about 30% of the organic mass intact, driving off heavy organic molecules. Prior to being used for water treatment, the organic mass must then be “activated.” The process of activation opens up the carbon’s massive number of pores and further drives off unwanted molecules. The open pores are what allow the carbon to capture contaminants, known as “adsorption”. The rate of adsorption for a surface area of a just one pound of AC is equal to 60-150 acres! #activatedcarbon #activated #carbon #factory #wholeseller #watertreatment #water #airpurification #air #purification #filter #solventrecorvery #คาร์บอนกัมมันต์ #karbon_aktif #carvão_ativado #GAC #PAC #carbón_activado #charbon_actif #활성탄 #активированный_уголь #coal_based_activated_carbon #coconut_shell_activated_carbon #powdered_activated_carbon #pellet_activated_carbon #graunlar_activated_carbon

These chemicals are added to sludge to enhance the physical, chemical and biological characteristics of the waste material, making it easier to handle and treat. Some of the most common sludge treatment chemicals include coagulants, #flocculants, biocides, pHadjusters, and dewatering agents. Sludge treatment chemicals play an important role in making #wastewater #treatment more efficient and #environmentally friendly. They help to reduce the volume of sludge that needs to be disposed of, and also help to improve the quality of the final product, making it easier to manage and treat. However, it is important to use these chemicals responsibly, as some can have adverse effects on the environment and human health if not handled correctly. 𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑴𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 @ https://lnkd.in/gGkvc4KX Two basic goals of treating sludge before final disposal are to reduce its volume and to stabilize the organic materials. #Stabilized sludge does not have an offensive odour and can be handled without causing a nuisance or health hazard. Smaller sludge volume reduces the costs of #pumping and storage. Sludge residue from water treatment costs cities thousands of dollars each year to eradicate. Conventional wastewater and #water #treatment methods can produce large amounts of the destructive substance at city water plants. Using sludge dewatering to take care of sludge deposits from mineral or biological bodies can significantly enhance the performance of the disposal process, in comparison to conventional methods. #Sludge #dewatering handles different types of sludge, including slimy or oily sludge, with agility. Vacuum Distillation for Recycled Base Oil Recycled Base Oil is one of our top 3 products, right up there with #Bitumen and #Urea. We’ve been exporting it for over 8 years, know the ins and outs of the product, and understand exactly what our users and customers need. As we’re nearing 80% completion of our factory, we’re set to start producing Recycled Base Oil ourselves before the new year (2025). So, what raw material are we using? Used Engine Oil. And how are we processing it? Through Vacuum Distillation. Vacuum distillation separates components of waste oil based on their boiling points. Since different fractions (like lighter #hydrocarbons and contaminants) boil at different temperatures, this process allows us to isolate valuable base oil while leaving heavier residues and impurities behind. Using high temperatures can cause thermal cracking, which breaks down molecules and reduces base oil quality. Instead, vacuum distillation reduces the pressure in the distillation column, lowering the boiling points and allowing the separation to happen without excessive heat—preserving the oil’s quality. Benefits of Vacuum Distillation in Recycling Base Oil • Preserves Quality: Reduces the risk of thermal cracking, keeping the base oil’s molecular structure intact. • Energy Efficient: Operates at lower temperatures, saving energy compared to atmospheric distillation. • Selective: Efficiently separates valuable base oil from impurities and heavy residues. What Makes Recycled Base Oil Acceptable? A sensible flash point, clear color, and a viscosity that holds up. If these qualities are what you’re looking for, let’s connect and discuss how we can meet your requirements. #BaseOil #RecycledBaseOil #RCBaseOil #SN150 #RC150 #Lubricants #AutomotiveIndustry #EngineOil #VacuumDistillation #PetroleumRefining #IndiaImports #RefineryProducts
